  • Change Work Session


    Change can happen fast.

    In a change work session, you’ll tap into your mind’s natural ability to rewire old patterns and create a new, more aligned way of being.


    Using a blend of neuroscience-backed techniques, light hypnosis, and practical tools, we’ll identify and shift limiting thoughts or behaviors. You’ll also learn tools to interrupt patterns that come up and a self hypnosis template you can use to embody any change.

    Whether you’re looking to change an anxious or negative thought pattern, break a habit, or establish a new healthy routine, this session is designed to empower you with quick, effective strategies for lasting change.


  • Somatic Nervous System Coaching Session

    The nervous system is our body’s master conducting system and it is likely running on a program that was installed when you were a child.

    Using a combination of education and gentle guided somatic practices, you will learn to explore and befriend your nervous system and become more intentional in how you show up in this life.

    This is great for anyone but especially those suffering mood and anxiety related issues, chronic disease, autoimmune issues, high stress and anyone unsure of what they want in life.

  • Sleep Program

    Sleep is the most beautiful, restorative and free tool we have to support our mind and body. When sleep is challenging, every system suffers.

    In sleep sessions I use very specific circadian lifestyle stragegies, asess diet, movement, environment and more to get to the bottom of your sleep struggles.

    Then we work on the unconscious and learn strategies to use in the moment to finally get to sleep.

    The bonus is that your mood, metabolism, hormones, cognitive health and more will benefit from these practices.
